Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

Kundalini Yoga gives fast results to everyone regardless of flexibility, age, or previous Yoga experience. Each class is designed for a specific purpose and is also a complete Yoga practice. Assorted breathing techniques (pranayama), mantras, bandhas (body locks) and visualizations are used for fast results in all aspects of human health. Instructor Rick Powell studied at the Grandmaster William C. C. Chen Taiji Center in New York, and has run studios in Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation and Yoga in Binghamton and Ithaca. He specializes in providing individualized instruction to ensure that each student benefits from the art to the fullest possible extent. Space is limited. Sign up today.
